On the KTM 450 EXC rental bike you reach Ugiin Nuur Lake after around 200 kilometres, a lake rich in perch and pike. On the rest day you cast a line and cook the catch over the fire in the evening; overnight in a tent.

The Tsenkher hot springs motorcycle tour leads you to sulphurous thermal springs that bubble up at 86 degrees Celsius. In natural stone pools you can recover from the dusty off-road day before overnight at the ger camp.

Day 8: Lava Field and Orkhon Waterfall

Through the Mongolian steppe this off-road enduro steppe stage leads to the lava field of the Orkhon waterfall and on along the Orkhon River to the Ulaan Gol waterfall. Overnight in a tent by the river bank.

Day 8 · Mongolia

Day 9: The Ancient Capital Karakorum

The Karakorum motorcycle tour takes you to the former capital of Chinggis Khaan. After visiting the ruins and the monumental memorial this yurt camp motorcycle tour continues to the ger camp overnight; around 190 kilometres lie behind you today.

Day 10–11: Hustain National Park and Return

The Hustain National Park motorcycle tour reaches the protected area known for its wild horses since 1994, before the return to Ulaanbaatar awaits. After around 270 kilometres a shared farewell dinner closes the stage.

Hustain National Park has been known since 1994 for its free-roaming Przewalski horses and forms the crowning finale of this motorcycle tour before returning to Ulaanbaatar.

You sleep alternately in tents and traditional yurt camps with a simple restaurant and sanitary facilities – every third night in a premium yurt camp.

For nights under canvas bring a sleeping bag, sleeping mat and torch; helmet, enduro jacket and trousers as well as boots must also be provided by yourself.
