Stage 1

Day 1–2

Austria

Your tour starts and ends in the Salzburg region – this is where your Eastern Alps motorcycle tour begins and winds down at the end.

Day 1: Arrival in the Salzburg Region

Your Eastern Alps motorcycle tour begins with individual arrival at the start/finish hotel in the Salzburg region. Check-in is possible until 18:00, after which you meet your fellow riders and tour guides before the first stage sets off the next morning.

Day 2 · Austria

Day 2: Via Bayerischzell to Nauders

This Alpine pass motorcycle tour takes you along the German Alpine Road past a scenic lake landscape and through Reit im Winkl towards Sudelfeld to Bayerischzell. Crossing the border into Austria you reach the Kühtai Pass and the Pillerhöhe, before spending the evening in Nauders in Tyrol. Around 340 kilometres lie behind you.

Day 3

Switzerland

The Swiss stage takes you over five Alpine passes, three of them above 2,000 metres.

Day 3: Five Passes into Switzerland

Today's winding pass roads take you over the Ofenpass, the Flüelapass and the Julierpass – three crossings above 2,000 metres. Via the Maloja Pass the route continues down to Lake Como, where you spend the night after around 270 kilometres.

Day 4–6

Italy

In Italy, Lombardy, Lake Garda and the Trentino alternate with their winding passes.

Day 4: Lombardy and Lake Garda

After breakfast you cross Lombardy and pass the Passo San Marco and the Passo di Zambla – two lightly travelled passes packed with curves. The Passo di Crocedomini then takes you down to Lake Garda, where you spend the night after around 280 kilometres.

Day 5 · Italy

Day 5: Rest Day at Lake Garda

A free day on your guided Alpine motorcycle tour invites you to relax at the hotel complex. Those who prefer to keep riding can explore the motorcycle haven around Lake Garda on their own, at their own pace.

Day 6 · Italy

Day 6: Trentino and Monte Grappa

After a hearty breakfast, this Trentino motorcycle tour takes you over the Passo Sommo towards Asiago and Bassano del Grappa. Via the Passo Monte Grappa you reach your hotel in Fiera di Primiero after around 240 kilometres.

Slovenia

In Slovenia the route follows the Soca River to the scenic town of Bled.

Day 7: Over the Predil Pass to Bled

This Alpine crossing by motorcycle takes you via Passo Cereda, Passo Duran, Passo Cibiana and Passo Mauria to the Predil Pass and into Slovenia. Alongside the emerald-green Soca River and over the Vrsic Pass you reach Bled, where you spend the night after around 330 kilometres.
